Stateside Positions
Short Term Trip Leaders Individuals in this position will work closely with churches that are joining East-West in opportunities to support the work of evangelizing and equipping nationals to establish grace-oriented churches around the world. The Leaders work in partnership with these churches as they prepare for short-term trips to various countries and will be responsible for overall leadership of these groups throughout each campaign. Campaigns may have different objectives, which could include evangelism, church planting, pastoral training, church development, women’s ministry and orphan ministry. Job Qualifications: Full-time and part-time Short Term Trip Leaders are needed. Short Term Trip Leaders are responsible to raise their own support. Short Term Trip Coordinators Short term trip coordinators assist in travel arrangements for church groups that participate with East-West campaigns in various countries. These individuals will schedule and coordinate Visa arrangements and logistics for travel and accommodations, as well as other details needed while in-country. The coordinators will join these groups on short-term mission trips, providing support as the team carries out the ministry objectives for the specific campaigns. Job Qualifications: Full-time and part-time Short Term Trip Coordinators are needed. Short Term Trip Coordinators are responsible to raise their own support. Conferences Coordinator (Part-time) The position objective is to plan and coordinate stateside conferences. These conferences include the annual Central Asian PRO Conference and any other additional conferences advantageous to the Central Asian ministry. Responsibilities include making all physical arrangements for conferences, contacting and inviting conference participants, and following up with stateside conference attendees. Reports to the Ministry Resourcing Director. Job Qualifications: Church Communications Assistant The Church Communications Assistant seeks to provide consistent motivational information to facilitate church involvement at all levels of our ministry. Responsibilities include communicating prayer requests to churches, keeping the needs of the ministry before churches, and requesting EWMI participation in the special events of stateside churches (mission conferences, prayer nights, etc.) This position is also responsible for requesting appropriate information from Central Asia to provide support for these special needs. Positions available for the ministry to Spain
Bible/Theology professor (Spain Resident) The position objective is to provide Bible and theology training at the undergraduate level in the Al-Andalus Theological College. The position is responsible for the development of course syllabi, lesson plans, textbook selection and direct teaching of classes to Spanish speaking students. The person in this position will research Bible and theology themes and develop them into usable material needed to communicate both to the needs of Spain as well as world missions from Spain. Reports to the Academic Dean of the Al-Andalus Theological College. Job Qualifications: Must raise personal support Business Development Coordinator (Sevilla Resident) The position objective is to assist members of national churches in the development of small businesses with the purpose of bi-vocational leadership of new house churches planted in southern Spain. This person is responsible for assisting nationals in developing business plans and monitoring the implementation of those plans in the context of self-support as evangelists or church planters. This person is also responsible for facilitating individual or team visits from the West for the purpose of business development seminars. This position provides training to mentor a national to eventually oversee this program so that the process may be extended to southern Mediterranean countries. Reports to the director of operations in the Sevilla office. Job Qualifications: Must raise personal support Academic Dean (Sevilla Resident) The position objective is to work in the Al-Andalus Theological College in Sevilla supervising the professors and assisting the students in their plans of study. The position is responsible for the recruitment of new professors, the creation of the academic plan of study, assignment of classes by location, and research of best teaching practices. The person in this position will solicit information from the church pastors and ministry leaders in the Sevilla field and develop it into class topics needed to develop workers in evangelism, training and church planting. The person will supervise several staff positions related to academic service. Reports to the director of the Al-Andalus Theological College in the Sevilla office.
